Directed a team of 13 designers, writers, and artists, along with an offshore team of web developers and email specialists, to execute Time Inc.’s consumer marketing initiatives. By providing direct oversight and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, we upheld the highest standards of creative excellence. These efforts generated over $1.2 million in incremental subscription revenue through channel optimization on People.com and strengthened brand engagement across 16 other titles, including InStyle, Real Simple, and Entertainment Weekly.
