  • Significantly improved and optimized creative strategy, increasing engagement, conversions, and retention throughout the customer journey.
  • Streamlined workflows for creative approvals, estimates, photography planning, and asset creation, enhancing efficiency and detail-focused delivery across cross-functional teams.

Creative Director | Foodkick | New York

  • Directed an in-house creative team in conjunction with external business partners on all facets of the launch of FOODKICK, a one-hour grocery delivery service powered by FreshDirect.
  • Created and managed pre- and post-launch branding and promotion, including visual design, welcome and engagement communication, collateral, email, direct mail, packaging systems, vehicle graphics, out-of-home content, and social content.

2011 – 2015

Creative Director | Time Inc. | New York

  • Led a creative team of designers and copywriters, plus an offshore team of web developers and email specialists while fostering a collaborative environment that encouraged innovative solutions.
  • Supervised channel optimization initiatives on People.com, realizing over $1.2MM in incremental subscription revenue. Successful optimizations were implemented to 16 other titles including, InStyle, Real Simple, and Entertainment Weekly.
  • Launched consumer marketing initiatives across all Time Inc. brands to successfully sell digital subscriptions on iPad and other tablets.
  • Managed the departmental transition from Time Inc. to Williams Lea Tag in 2015, ensuring a seamless process and continuity of operations.

  • Developed creative across all Time Inc. Publications and other Time Warner products.
  • Created collateral for Time Warner Cable and other outside clients, including HBO and Martha Stewart Living.
  • Launched consumer marketing initiatives across all Time Inc. brands to successfully sell digital subscriptions on iPad and other tablets.
  • Directed SEM order forms and email best practices across brands, improving conversion by 20%.
