Led a comprehensive brand redesign, including a website relaunch, that significantly improved user experience and increased the applicant pool by 20%. By revitalizing Columbia SPS’s brand and digital presence across email, paid digital, out-of-home (OOH), collateral, video, and social media, we achieved the highest enrollment numbers in the school’s history. Additionally, I implemented innovative strategies to enhance workflow efficiency within cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. These efforts were recognized with a Gold UPCEA Award for Strategic Recruitment.
